CrossFit Darlington prepares you to be fit for life, through constant variation in workouts with functional movements executed at high intensity. By combining elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance sports CrossFit has created the most effective strength and conditioning program there is.

With CrossFit Darlington there is no more planning your own workouts and hoping you’re doing them right. We provide it all, daily workouts programmed with general fitness in mind.

Completion of our Couch to CrossFit course is a prerequisite to taking part in our group classes. The aim of the course is to prepare individuals of all levels and sporting background for the demands of CrossFit, the course will cover the 9 fundamental movements, teaching you how to perform them safely and efficiently.
The course can be completed in a small group setting or privately in a one-to-one setting.
